Yes — Content Vault is fully compatible with Shopify Plus, including checkout extensibility, B2B, and multi-location. Plus merchants often use Shopify Flow to trigger Content Vault actions (grant access, pause subscriptions) based on store events.

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for the subscriber portal and file delivery CDN. Planned maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via the status page at status.contentvaultapp.com. Plus plan customers receive incident notifications via email.

Email support responds within two business hours during 9am–6pm ET, Mon–Fri on all plans. Scale and Plus plans also include a private Slack channel for real-time back-and-forth. First-contact resolution is our goal — we'll let you know if we need more time.

White-label email sending (your domain, your From address, no Content Vault branding in the emails) is available on Scale and Plus plans. Full app white-labeling for agencies managing multiple merchant accounts is available as an add-on — reach out to sales@contentvaultapp.com for pricing.
