Subscription min length & email templates improvements

Subscriptions can now have a minimum length, customers will be able to cancel at any time but it will not take effect until the minimum period is over. Email templates can now be disabled. Any emails that you don't want to send to your customers can be turned off. Email templates can now also be translated to any language you like. By default this will use the customers locale from Shopify, but you can override this on the customer subscription page.

Big release focused on subscription management

• ↻ Unlocked a bunch of settings that were previously locked when the subscription was active, you are now free to change them
• ↻ Added a new option for drips to be sent at the same time the customer is billed, this means if your drip is set to go on the 5th the customer will be billed first then the drip sent.

Customer subscription billing attempt retry fix

Fixed an issue where the billing retry would not respect the delay between attempts after the 2 second attempt. This now respects the delay (e.g. 1 day before tried to bill the customer again).

Subscription pause behavior

Pausing a subscription now retains the subscriber's access through the end of the billing period they have already paid for. A message has been added to the customer page to make this clear.
